Cases only assigned to staff at work
We have a large team of Customer Service staff - so for any given day, there will be one (or more) or them on their day off.
Apart from assigning the cases to a team, or sending them through a single person who then reassigns them - has anyone found a suitable way to assign only when the member of staff is in the office?
