Set view record based on user hierarchy and record ownership

Hi,

currently I have User "A" with two subordinates User "B" and User "C".

Is it posibble if record "X" that is owned by User "B" could be view by User "A" but cannot be view by User "C"?

if it's possible, how to configure it?
