Email alerts to dynamic group

Hello,

I want to set email alert to be sent to a group of employees (the Sales dept.).
1) I defined a Saved Search to catch any employee from the Sales dept.
2) I defined a dynamic group, with Employee type, based on this saved search
3) I tried to set a new saved search to send email alert to this dynamic group but I can't choose the dynamic group. I can choose a static group however...

I want to be able to configure the group only once, and the email alert to send the alert to the right people, without me having to configure a [static] group every time a new employee join/leave.
