One lead two subsidiaries

edited Nov 22, 2019 4:34PM in CRM 3 comments

We have a list of leads that need to be worked by sales in two subsidiaries. The lead will become a customer in one subsidiary only, never in two subsidiaries. We want to track the sales process for each lead.
I have to assign a subsidiary to a lead - but which one? Assign it to A then sales in B cannot see the leads, etc. If I give sales in B access to subsidiary A then they can see customers, quotes etc as well, which we don't want.
We thought of using a dummy subsidiary C, but we are out of subsidiaries and adding one just for that is expensive.

Howdy, Stranger!
