Client Non-billable Time

<p>One of our biggest internal questions is how do we handle it - from the SOW to the final invoice and reporting. At this time, we don't actually bill for meetings (internal or client), account management and any other misc. time such as travel (we will bill for the expense but not the time). We do of course charge for project management and strategic planning.</p><p>Our camps are split, some of us believe we should be charging for this time and other don't. Bottom-line, if we did charge for it, our prices would become pretty non-competitive.  </p><p>Thoughts so far? :-) </p><p>So when we
