Calculating ROI on OpenAir
<p>We are using OpenAir to lay the foundation for a PMO (Program Management Office). The PMO will incorporate OpenAir into an overall methodology for working on client projects, metrics and strategic alignment of all projects with company goals. </p><p>I have been asked to estimate ROI (Return On Investment) for OpenAir and would appreciate some guidance on how to proceed...
