Create Proposal from a Project Plan

<p>We are using the "project" aspect of OA to create "project plans" for new sales that we than want to "automatically" incorporate into proposal output for ... wel proposals.  Here's the idea.  Create a Project Plan so that we can understand the work...the corresponding hours...than turn it into a proposal based on that work.  I can't seem to figure out if there is a way to do this.  Can anyone point me to the right location to understand/read how to do this?  Or...point me to the right documentation on how to perform this.  Thanks!</p>
