Gathering Business Requirements via Questionnaire

<p>Having a heated debate with my Business Consultant team about whether its beneficial to pose detailed questions to elicit business requirements and send them in a document versus the traditional approach of gathering requirements face-to-face.</p><p>When would you pose questions and send them in advance of a project kickoff and what types of questions would you include/not include? </p>
