Leave Accrual Improvements
<p>Hello-</p><p>As new users, we have finally gotten leave accrual working (mostly.) However, I have some suggested improvements to make it work a bit better (one has already been submitted as an enhancement request).</p><p>1) We had an issue that when people moved to a new rule with balance carryover that a delay in the timesheet approval resulted in an incorrect balance. For example, on Dec. 31 someone movedA from Rule A to Rule B, and their balanceA was transferred.
