<p>Hello,</p><p>I'm looking for some best practices around managing client-assigned tasks on projects.</p><ul><li>How do you manage client hours vs. total project planned hours?</li><li>Since the client isn't logging time against the task, these hours never dwindle from my total planned hours.</li><li>If I assign a $0 rate to client resource, then my project budget is correct, but hours are still off</li></ul><p><strong>For example:</strong> My generic resource called "Client" is assigned to a Requirements task for 20 planned hours.
