Setting Billing Rules at the Phase Level

<p>We have set up "projects" for production support for each of our clientsA so we can track the cost (time) and profitability for each client. We have a Phase in each project called "Billable Support". IA create tasks for the problem tickets under that phaseA and assign them to the appropriate engineer as they are received.</p><p>I would likeA OpenAir toA bill the time charged each month.
