Verizon Blackberry 8830 update problem

<p>Hi,</p><p>I' m trying to use OpenAir application on my Blackberry 8830 (from Verizon). The installation works fine and the application starts and I can successfully perform an "update" operation with the server. This downloads any time sheets that I have created, so account information is correct. I can also create a time sheet on the device, however I cannot add any time entries to that timesheet. The dropdown boxes for Customer/Project/Task/Type do not expand.</p><p>If I check "update terminology" check box in "Account Settings" prior to updating, The update will partially fail with a "HTTP 314" error (no other details).</p><p>I've tried
