Billable hours report - how to?

<p>I need to run a report on employees within a department/cost code and capture their billable time across all projects for a time range.A  I have attempted to do this based on what options are available and what I know about Open Air (not too much), but am not getting any results.A </p><p>I have also tried the reverse - all projects, employees of a department/cost code, billable time across a time range - zilch.</p><p>What option would be best given the data needed?A Is there a logical approach, or does this criteria cross modules or the 3 report level options?</p><p>Thanks,</p><p>Laura</p>
