Timesheet restrictions?
<p>We are running in to problems with timesheets being completed on time by our contractors. Because they may not always have work for us in a given time period (and hence may not need to submit a timesheet) we are struggling with how best to audit and control this.</p><p>Currently our contractors get paid based on time entered in OA so if they don't submit a timesheet at all they won't get paid. However if they submit a timesheet late enough that we have already closed the books for a month it causes all kinds of issues.</p><p>Two questions:</p><p> 1. Do any
