"Own Proxy" and email notifications

<p>Hello-</p><p>This is probably more of a functionaltiy request than question. It would be nice to have the ability or option that, when someone has activated an "Own Proxy," that they can also have any notification emails from OpenAir automatically copied to their proxy.</p><p>This would be beneficial when someone is on vacation and will need someone to come in to approve things.
