Pending Billing report with charge details?

<p>I am trying to make a report like the Pending Billing report for a single project that shows detailed charges (sort of like what you get if you actually run billing, but without actually creating the charges).</p><p>The Pending Billing report partially meets our need to show a sales account manager projected billing, but we'd like to show the expense items separate from the labor based items so they will know what they are going to be comissioned on (labor only).</p><p>I've had a look at the charge projections report, but unless you know the date of the last time billing was
