Generating Alerts on milestones

<p>Is there anyway to generate email alerts or reports or something on the following types of activities:</p><p>1. toggling a particular milestone from 0% to 100% complete</p><p>2. showing date shifts in a plan (used to be xx and now is yy)</p><p style="padding-left: 30px;">a. example would be a Management report highlighting projects that have shifted rather than relying on the project manager to tell mgmt that the plan has been moved out xx days/months, etc....as this usually has a revenue recognition and/or billing implication (or resource requirement movement implication).</p><p style="padding-left: 30px;"> </p><p>We are a vendor and our project plans in OA are client-facing
