Integration Manager - Upload of new Cost Centers

<p>Hi there,</p><p>I would like to upload new cost centers with help of the Integration Manager.</p><p>Somewhere - can't remember where - I read that if you do not specify an Internal Id (i.e. it is blank in my csv file) OpenAir would create a new record.</p><p>I tried with a test record with the following fields:</p><p><table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style=" width: 537.0pt;
