Billing Rules for Units or Items

<p>My company often sells services based on "unit pricing" as opposed to hourly based  services.  As an example: 20 Analysis at 150$ each. Average time is 1.5 hour per item. Some take more, some less, therefore difficult to use a Time Billing Rule; I know we can use Milestones. Any other options?</p><p>  </p>
