Job Code vs. Activities
<p>We are a small company and though everyone has a job code (ie: art director, project manager, designer, developer etc.) many of us do many different activities. So for example, on one project a PM might do the Information Architecture whereas on another project it might be the Art Director. </p><p> To this end, we are billing by Activity not by Job code (and therefore cannot use Rate Cards as they are by Job Code).
