Revenue Recognition
<p>I'm starting to look at revenue recognition, and I'm running into one issue. I want to use % complete as Approved/Planned. My concern is, how to effectively capture left-over billings if a project never reaches 100% based on Approved hours. We sell mostly fixed bid, and of course the goal is to spend less time than planned. But, if I never reach 100% of planned, My Recognized revenue at the close of the project won't equal billed revenue. And I can't seem to find a way to "recognize the left-overs on project close" Does anyone have any creative solutions? Or do
