How can I report/calculate Utilization by Department?

<p>I have billable and chargeable utilization reports by User (Resource Summary report) but I do not see how or where I can create this report to roll-up and show me the utilization at the departmental level (obviously the people rollup to a dept).</p><p>Can someone please share with me how to write this report in OA or what to do with the user resource report to come up with a calculation for the dept utilization??<br /><br />Thanks!<br />Sharyn</p>
