Setting up Retainers

<p>We'd like to use the OA Retainer functionality, however there is one thing blocking us - the ability to invoice for a retainer payment. </p><p>I am not sure if this is an OA functionality question or a business practices question. Any time I ask a client for money, they want an invoice. However there is no way in OA to invoice and have that payment go into a Retainer. The system assumes (I believe) that we asked the client for money and they gave it to us without an invoice, then we put it in OA as a retainer. Then
