OpenAir and productivity tools

<p>I'm interested to know about what tools OpenAir customers use as additional productivity tools to support project work.</p><p>I'd really like to be able to add quick 'call outs' to staff working on a project or a task that can be picked up and addressed without having to change the structure of a project, just the basic "Call client on Monday" type of activity. The 'to do' function can't be added to tasks, and the workspace function doesn't seem to cover this.</p><p>Has anyone successfully used other tools like basecamp to support OpenAir work? </p>
