Knowing if Labor Invoice has missing expenses
Hi,
Does anyone out there have a good system in place for knowing what projects will have expenses coming through? For ex: each month we create labor invoices and then expense invoices. If the expenses are in approved state, I know they exist. However there may be expenses forthcoming that haven't been approved yet.
Just wondering if anyone has implemented a project flag or something similar stating that there will or won't be expenses.
Would make invoicing easier for the admin who has no visibility into expenses.
