Update user entity tags via Integration Manager

We need to update the entity tags for about 700 users and don't relish the idea of doing so one user at a time.  Is there any way to update user entity tags via the Integration Manager?

I performed an export of all users to see which columns might be exposed for update but it's not clear which column(s) should be used.  Has anyone done this in the past?  Care to share any pointers?
