leave balance report?

It seems strange, but I don't see how to get a report of the current leave balance for all users.

Under Timesheets->Leave accrual->Current balance, I can see the balances for myself.  I would like to see just the total row, but for all users, not just the logged-in user.

Under Timesheets->Leave accrual->All transactions, I can see all the data and I can get what I want with column filters, but I need this in a report.

The Advanced report "Leave accrual summary" gives me lots of summary rows, but no roll-up by user.
