Receipt Attachments - Process Question
My organization allows employees up to 30 days to submit their scanned receipts. However, it does not appear that OpenAir allows a user to attach a receipt file after the expense card has been approved and fully processed. The system treats this like any other record change and therefore prevents the attachment.
I'm wondering if anyone else has a similar process and what they've done.
