Reports Can't Be Downloaded. Anybody Else?
For almost a year now, I've been encountering a bug in the Reports module where I get a blank page when I select the Download option for a report.
The page appears to try and load the screen where it gives you the 3 link options to download the report but ends up finishing with a blank screen.
I end up having to reload the page multiple times for OpenAir to finally return the links to download the report.
The behavior is not linked to a specific report and I have had support duplicate and document the problem to be fixed but there's been no resolution yet.
