Unable to Schedule a shortcut in Win2008

I have downloaded a the new Integration manager , created a shortcut to import customers from csv to Open air . When I click the shortcut it runs normally but when I schedule it through task scheduler it runs successfully but doesnt import records Is there any other setting to schedule it
