India toll free for OA - Support

Hi,

Any one tried contacting OA - support through India toll free number?

India  800.1003274

I have also added prefix '1' to the number.

Many times it says "Your call could not be completed Good bye" and some time busy tone.

Please let me know any change to the toll free number.
