Best way of syncing employee data with HR system?

We currently use the HRMS.Net HR system, and need to synchronise employee data from this system to OpenAir. For example:
- New employees
- Updates to existing employees
- Employee status updates - leavers etc

Is Integration Manager the recommended way of implementing a sync solution between these two systems?

We currently have a Netsuite implementation which syncs with our HRMS.Net system using  a web service running on the HRMS server. Netsuite then syncs this data with OpenAir. The plan is to decommission Netsuite however, so we will need to engineer a direct sync between HRMS.net and OpenAir.
