Cannot Add Notes to Timesheet

OS: Windows 7
Internet Explorer 8

Since migrating to a new laptop and upgrading to Windows 7, I am unable to enter notes in timesheets.  I get "error on page" in the bottom left hand corner of the page.

I have added open air to my "trusted sites" - no change.

My old laptop was running Windows XP with IE 8 and I had no issues.
I can also use Firefox without issue (but, I would prefer to use IE).

I am sure it is a setting - anyone have any idea?
