Reject an already approved timesheet?

Is there a way to reject an already approved timesheet?  If an employee was supposed to bill 10 hours to client A and accidentally selected client B and it was approved instead of rejected is there a way to reject so the wrong client can be switched with the correct one?  Nothing has been billed yet, just approved.
