Using Work Schedules
All - I've loaded the UK Bank Holidays into my Default Work Schedule, and now these holidays appear in Time Sheets with a (very small) indicator that they are public holidays.
I assumed that OpenAir would 'lock' these days and prevent time entry. It hasn't, so users are still able to book billable time to them.
How do I prevent this? What is the point of the Work Schedule if it allows users to ignore it?
I assume that I've configured the system incorrectly - but how?
Any guidance?
