Tasks and Staffing Grid Synchronization
Hi-
I am working on my workplan tasks and staffing requirements. I have completed both:
- Identified the tasks, estimated the effort, assigned resources, and dependencies
- Initial Staffing plan completed as per when the activities are planning to be completed.
Issue:
The project is being replanned and my dates are going to change so the staffing requirements are going to change as well.
Question:
How can I keep the Resources/ Effort/ Schedule in Sync between the Tasks and the Staffing without having to manually update the staffing requirements? is there a way to do it automatically like other tools such as MS Project or CA Clarity?
