Parent/Child projects
I have been looking for a way to link related projects and have had no success. We often have sub-projects as part of the main project. To date, we've kept them as phases within the main project but have quickly found that reporting on these phases is very limited/painful. If we separate these phases into their own project, we loose the relationship between the inter dependencies. A typical project involves four different sub projects delivered by four distinct resource groups but are dependent on each other.
