SOAP API User Costs

Hi,

I'm trying to get user details including cost rates out of OA, but am not having any luck - am I correct to use oaUser.cost to pull this out / is there an attribute that needs to be set? I've tried setting cost_lc_level to a couple of values with no luck...

I've attached some sample code here to show what I'm doing to get the costs out...
