Subtotal and filter by “Non-billable” task checkbox

<p>It is often necessary to distinguish between billable and non-billable work while reporting on key company metrics. The a€œNon-billable taska€ checkbox can be leveraged to indicate that a task is non-billable for billing purposes. Summary and Advanced reports can now subtotal and filter by non-billable tasks.
