Show customer name in project drop-downs

<p>There is a company level setting which controls how project drop-downs display throughout the system. If you navigate to: Account > Company > Settings > [Optional Features] or Administration > Global Settings > [Account] Optional Features, you will see the option to enable/disable the setting "Show the customer name on project drop-downs and pickers". If enabled, all project drop-downs will become Client: Project drop-downs.</p>
