Streamlined approach for uploading attachments to forms

<p>Previously, to upload an attachment to a form, the form must be initially saved. Users now have the ability to upload attachments upon initial creation without the need to first save the form. This enables users to upload attachments in a more effective manner. Users with the appropriate role privileges navigate to any a€œCreate newa€ form and under the a€œAttachmentsa€ section, click on the a€œBrowsea€ button. Select the file to upload and click Open. Click Save. This feature is available for all forms that allow for attachments.</p><p>Note: This feature is only available when leveraging the new user interface.</p>
