Reporting on Open Charges

<p>When reporting on open charges, the "Invoices - All(currency)" reporting value does not respect the "Charges to include for Invoices values" dropdown (e.g. does not respect "All Charges", "Open Charges", or "Invoiced Charges" selection). <br/><br/>The same is true for "Invoices - Total Invoiced."<br/><br/>Instead, use the reporting value of "Invoices - Total(currency)" to get charges that respect the dropdown filter.</p>
