Access to own charges

<p>All users with access to the Invoices module will see their own charges in the list view. There is an internal setting, "Change the "View and modify all charges" role switch to include own charges as well", which will give you the option to make all charges read-only on a per-role basis. If this setting is not enabled, and a user's role does not have "View and modify charges", the user will still have the option to edit own charges.</p>
