Select alternate approvers if self-approvals occur

<p>At times, a designated approver within an approval process may also happen to be the submitter. For example, if [Project Owner] is selected as one of the levels of approvers in an approval process and the submitter of the item happens to also be the project owner, an alternate approver can be selected. Upon submission, the approval will be routed to the alternate approver.
