Maintenance job to Build document content search indexes for workspaces

<p>There is a company switch called "Enable document content searching". Once enalbed, an additional maintenance option (Account > Company > Maintenance) is available. To allow existing workspace documents to be searchable, you must run the maintenance task "Build document content search indexes".A  Search results that came from the document content will have a small [content] hint next to the document in the result list.</p><p>The following document types are supported: doc, txt, rtf, xls, html, pdf. Any of these document types added to a workspace will be searchable by content once the maintenance job has completed. Please note that this maintenance
