List Separator for CSV Downloads

<p>It is now possible to determine the list separator for CSV downloads. Each user can set their own preference by navigating to: Account > My Options > Preferences, or when using the Administration Menu: Dashboard > Personal settings. In this screen, you can select one of the available options from the "Separator for CSV output files" dropdown:</p><p>1. Comma<br/>2. Colon<br/>3. Pipe<br/>4. Semi-colon<br/>5. Tab<br/>6. Tilde</p>
