<p><br/>To delete an existing client record <br/><br/>1. On the Account page, click on the "Clients" link. <br/>2. Click on the client's name in the client list. <br/>3. Click Demographic link; then clickA "Delete" button at the bottom of the client dialog to delete the client. <br/><br/>Note: The delete button will not appear in the client dialog if that client has one or more recorded transactions in any OpenAir.com module. If the delete button is not available, you can uncheck the "active client" box in the client dialog. This will prevent the client's name from showing up in drop-down select-client menus,
