Exclude inactive records in reports

">There is an option when running reports in OpenAir to exclude all inactive entities form reports. The a€œexclude transactions associated with inactive entitiesa€ setting in a report will exclude any entity (client, project, user, etc.) that is not active at the time, no matter what report you are running.
