Require notes on Receipts
<p>To require notes on a receipt,A navigate to My Account > Account > Expenses > Expense items > [select expense item]. In the "Receipt policy" section, check the box to require notes on the receipt. Enter an amount above which notes are required (you can require notes on all receipts of this type if you enter "greater than or equal to 0"). There is also an option to "Require receipt approval".</p>
