<p> </p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: "Courier New";">Why can I see the "Billable receipt" checkbox on an Expense Receipt and my users cannot?</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: "Courier New";">The reason why users cannot see the billable checkbox is because of form permissions. If you go to any expense report, please select any receipt. In the tips at the bottom of the page, select to modify the form permissions.
